Schmidt Bender designed the 3-20x50 PM II for flexibility. The variable magnification from 3-20x permits universal use on a multitude of rifles and calibers while a 26 mil double turn locking elevation turret allows ample travel for the longest shots. Additionally, both elevation and windage turrets are equipped with a locking function and a double turn including a second tactile level. This system prevents the elevation and windage turrets from any inadvertent adjustment. The tactile clicks at every tenth click (MTC) are designed to reduce and prevent operating errors due to stress. On request the reticle may be included in the first or second focal plane with first focal plane standard. Parallax compensation is from 25 m to infinity. Reticle illumination ranges from night-vision goggles via dusk to broad daylight and common reticle choices include: H2CMR, MSR, H59, Horus T2, P4 Fine as well as P4.
